Jeannine brings over 30 years of experience in the Healthcare IT and Project Management field. Along with managing teams, projects, and large programs, she has driven and created critical program process and procedure documents that streamlined projects and team efficiency. She has worked for large healthcare systems like Erlanger Health System and Methodist Health Systems in Tennessee and Healthcare IT companies like McKesson and GE Healthcare. She has also done extensive government regulatory work that affects the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical industry. She holds degrees in Project Management, Healthcare Sciences, Masters in Executive Leadership, and a Doctorate in Health Sciences. At home, she enjoys bicycle rides, painting, and spending time with her four grandsons.

Aaron brings extensive management consulting experience to provide strategic guidance and manage the execution of client engagements. He began his career as an electrical engineer, quickly rising to a leadership role at GE. He then transitioned to running a major project management division at Halliburton, spearheading new product introductions, global process improvement initiatives, and speaking at global conferences to drive global technological innovation.
He is also an avid musician, football fan, and father of two.

Deb Davies Sprecher, PMP
Project Manager
Deb brings over 20 years of experience in Healthcare IT and Project Management. She led many diverse projects for large customers, while mentoring and leading her team. As a Project Manager versed in all aspects of project management, she is results-oriented, is a high-energy professional with talent for leading by example and inspiring peak performance. She is dedicated to fostering strong effective team relationships. Deb worked for GE Healthcare for 40 years and has her MBA.
She enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her adult children.
Merrie Lee Wooten, PMP
Project Manager
With 25 years of experience in IT healthcare and project management, Merrie Lee is a leader in implementing both clinical and technical systems for hospitals, large healthcare systems and healthcare IT companies. Result-oriented, tenacious, with a global vision as well as attention to detail, she provides delivery of positive outcomes in challenging circumstances and constantly seeks to improve processes through discovery and education.
In her leisure time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and hiking with her two dogs.
Andrew Tedford, PMP
Project Manager
Andrew is a motivated professional whose work in healthcare administration and project management has enabled him to build and coach teams to design programs to improve workflow. Wearing the hats of project manager and business analyst, Andrew is focused on developing innovative tools for owners to understand their data for predictive insights. Andrew's personal mission of improving quality of healthcare in his home state is apparent through his progressive 8 years working in Connecticut healthcare systems and his volunteering as the Chair of a Water Treatment Plant that serves over 120,000 residents. From developing standard work alongside housekeepers to leading multi-million dollar and initiatives for C-suite leaders, Andrew earnestly attempts to marry the needs of the business with the workflows of the staff.
When not thinking about work, Andrew enjoys his time hiking, biking, kayaking, and snuggling with two dogs with his fiancé.

He has demonstrated success improving processes through IT enhancements and overall operational effectiveness, while driving bottom line results. Gary has been recognized for cultivating proactive teams, positive internal relationships, and valuable strategic alliances. He also loves to travel with friends and family.
Gelene Lorentzen, RN

Gelene brings a combination of over 30 years of experience in the Nursing, Healthcare IT, Product Management and Project Management field. With a unique set of skills, she is using her experience in nursing to help bridge gaps in Healthcare IT and managing teams and projects. She uses a creative approach to drive successful implementations and keeps the goal of the organization in focus. She has worked for large healthcare systems like Washington University School of Medicine, Cerner, McKesson, Oracle, and Colorado Health Information Organization. She holds a degree in Nursing and a certificate in Pragmatic Marketing and Customer Service. At home, she enjoys long walks with her dog, scuba diving, hiking mountains, and riding bicycles.
Devin Purcell, PMP
Project Manager
As a certified technical project management professional with over 15 year’s experience, and Devin has demonstrated success managing largescale technical web development, infrastructure, DevOps projects, managing global project teams in the Financial Services and IT fields. I have worked for multiple large banking institutions such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Bank of the West, MUFG and others.
He likes to travel with his wife and 2 kids as often as possible, hike, and snowboard.
Brie Wooten
Graphic Designer
Brie delivers creative excellence in the creation of comprehensive brand identities, including but not limited to web design, marketing materials, and a variety of branded assets essential to the success of any business. She has 3 years of experience in the field of Graphic Design, producing successful deliverables for a variety of projects in Food and Personal Care Packaging, Small Business Marketing and Web Design, Social Media Marketing, and Merchandise Design. She drives efficient design solutions with a meticulous work ethic, collaborative communication style, and passion for capturing the heart and mission of the client. She has worked in Graphic Design both in-house and as a freelancer/contractor. She holds a degree in Multimedia Arts and Communication from Oregon State University.
In her free time she enjoys creative writing, songwriting, making art, and hiking.
